Each Leblon piece is crafted to the highest standards of fine jewelry and comes with a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase.

What the warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Structural issues such as loose settings, clasps, or links not caused by misuse

• Discoloration or tarnishing not due to improper care or exposure to chemicals

• Repairs or adjustments made by Leblon-approved ateliers

If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

What the warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, or wear and tear

• Scratches, dents, or deformation caused by impact

• Lost or stolen items

• Alterations or repairs made by third parties not authorized by Leblon

• Exposure to perfumes, cosmetics, saltwater, chlorine, or other harsh substances

To maintain the integrity of your jewelry, we recommend regular cleaning with a soft cloth and storing each piece separately in its original case.

Our jewelry pieces are carefully selected to offer a truly unique experience. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except as required by law.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers):
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item has not been used or handled.

• The original packaging remains sealed and unopened.

• All security seals, tags, and protective materials are intact and in perfect condition.

Once the box has been opened or the item has been handled, we cannot accept a return due to safety, exclusivity, and product integrity reasons.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period and we will provide instructions for the return process.
